Ingredients
 

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 80 g Sugar

For the marzipan:

  • 300 g Marzipan
  • 50 g Powdered sugar

For decoration:

  • Couverture
  • Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • First bake cookies, then knead the marzipan with powdered sugar, form small balls, pull them through the couverture, cookies too, and put them together. On top of the walnut.
