Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry:
- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Butter
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Condensed milk
- 2 Egg yolk
- 80 g Sugar
For the marzipan:
- 300 g Marzipan
- 50 g Powdered sugar
For decoration:
- Couverture
- Walnuts
Instructions
- First bake cookies, then knead the marzipan with powdered sugar, form small balls, pull them through the couverture, cookies too, and put them together. On top of the walnut.
