Ingredients
- 1 kg Apple fresh
- 400 g Flour
- 200 g Lard / fat
- 170 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 150 g Sugar
- Icing sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Put the flour and lard in a bowl and mix into crumbs. Add 170 g sugar, 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, the milk and the baking powder and work into a smooth dough. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Grease a rectangular enamel dish and dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Take half of the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out and place on the bottom of the pan. Press gently everywhere, but not up the walls.
- Peel and grate the apples and immediately place on the batter. Mix the semolina with the cinnamon and 150 g sugar and pour onto the apple mixture.
- Roll out the second half of the dough in the same way and place on the mixture.
