Thai Omelette À La Papa
The perfect thai omelette à la papa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 250 g Pig meat
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Onion cubes
- 50 g Diced tomatoes (without skin)
- 50 g Chinese cabbage in strips (only the solid part)
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Spring onions (only the white part) cut into sticks
- 1 tsp Finely diced ginger
- 1 tsp Finely diced garlic
- 1 tsp Finely diced red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Pepper
- 4 tbsp Peanut oil
- Cut the green of the spring onion into strips for garnish
- Sweet chili sauce
- Prepare all ingredients and mix / mix into a dough. In a pan with peanut oil, fry in portions (4 pieces) on both sides until golden-brown (approx. 10 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick), garnish with sweet chilli sauce and spring onion strips and serve.
