Thai Omelette À La Papa

The perfect thai omelette à la papa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pig meat

  • 50 g Onion cubes
  • 50 g Diced tomatoes (without skin)
  • 50 g Chinese cabbage in strips (only the solid part)
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Spring onions (only the white part) cut into sticks
  • 1 tsp Finely diced ginger
  • 1 tsp Finely diced garlic
  • 1 tsp Finely diced red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Peanut oil
  • Cut the green of the spring onion into strips for garnish
  • Sweet chili sauce
  1. Prepare all ingredients and mix / mix into a dough. In a pan with peanut oil, fry in portions (4 pieces) on both sides until golden-brown (approx. 10 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick), garnish with sweet chilli sauce and spring onion strips and serve.
