- 200 g Whole milk yogurt
- 50 g Muesli of your choice
- 125 g Blueberries fresh
- 1 small can Pineapple
- 1 tsp Chopped pistachios
- Mix the yoghurt with the muesli and place in a suitable bowl or deep plate …. Wash the blueberries, pat dry and serve as a rim on the muesli … Drain the pineapple from the can and cut into pieces …. also serve on the muesli … sprinkle with pistachios … ready … enjoy your meal …. you have power for several hours 🙂
