- 200 g Lamb’S lettuce fresh
- 100 g Figs dried
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Boiled egg
- 80 ml Vinaigrette
- The lettuce is washed thoroughly, the figs cut into small pieces, the tomatoes and the hard-boiled egg.
- With a classic vinaigrette made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and Dijon mustard, all ingredients are carefully mixed. And it can be served.
