Potato and Brussels Sprouts Mince Casserole

The perfect potato and brussels sprouts mince casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 400 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 300 g Gouda cheese
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Nutmeg
  1. Cut the potatoes into slices & boil them in salted water. Chop the onions & fry them in the pan. Add the mushrooms (sliced), then the minced meat. Clean, halve & add the Brussels sprouts. Fill the whole thing up with milk & season with spices. Put the cooked potatoes in a casserole dish & the pan contents over it. Sprinkle gouda. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
