Potato and Brussels Sprouts Mince Casserole

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 400 g Brussels sprouts fresh
- 250 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 200 ml Milk
- 300 g Gouda cheese
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Hot paprika powder
- Nutmeg
- Cut the potatoes into slices & boil them in salted water. Chop the onions & fry them in the pan. Add the mushrooms (sliced), then the minced meat. Clean, halve & add the Brussels sprouts. Fill the whole thing up with milk & season with spices. Put the cooked potatoes in a casserole dish & the pan contents over it. Sprinkle gouda. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
