Dry mango, but right

The problem with industrial processes is that the mangoes are often overheated and lose their vitamins or are processed with preservatives such as sulfur. Mangoes can be dried easily and healthily by yourself.

  • First, peel the mango with a vegetable peeler
  • Then cut the mango into thin slices
  • Leave the mango strips on baking paper (ideally on the grid) in the oven at 40°
  • Leave the oven door slightly ajar to allow the liquid to escape
  • Regularly check how far the mangoes are
