Dishes wet after washing – the best tips
When loading the dishwasher, you should make sure that the dishes can dry properly afterward.
- Do not overfill the dishwasher and do not stack the dishes on top of each other so that they can dry well and quickly afterward.
- Always arrange your pots and bowls in such a way that the water can drain out by itself.
- When loading, make sure that the larger crockery is placed in the lower area and the smaller items in the level above.
- After the wash cycle, spread out a dishcloth on the upper level. The dishcloth absorbs the rising water vapor and thus no water drips back onto the dishes.
- If the dishes are very wet, you should check the heating rod of the dishwasher. This could be defective and thus the reason for the wet dishes.
- Alternatively, you can open the dishwasher a little after the end of the wash cycle. This allows the water vapor to escape and the dishes to dry.
