Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mineral water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 cups of whipped cream (250 g each)
- 2 cups of sour cream (250 g each)
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs, mineral water, sugar, oil, flour, and baking powder together thoroughly to form a batter. Spread the batter onto a deep, greased baking sheet (drip tray). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gradually fold in the sour cream and vanilla sugar. Then pour the mixture onto the baked and cooled base. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Note: It’s best to use a coffee cup with a capacity of approximately 200-250 ml as a measuring unit.
