Claudia's super-quick quark cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 1 kg quark
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
