Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 75 g sugar
- 65 g butter
- Fat for the mold
- 200 g sugar
- 1 cup oil (small cup of 100 ml)
- 4 eggs
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 kg quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 9 hours 45 minutes
For the shortcrust pastry, mix the flour, baking powder, 1 egg, sugar, and butter, then divide the dough into 2 halves. Grease a 28cm springform pan and use one half to form the sides and the other half to line the bottom. For the filling, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour into the pan. The filling is very runny and will spread easily. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 1/4 hours (if it gets too dark, simply place baking paper on top). After the specified baking time, turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven overnight to cool.
