Fried banana with fried egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slice(s) ham, raw or cooked
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, spread half of the butter on the bread slices. Top the slices with the ham. Heat the remaining butter in a pan, peel the bananas, and fry them in the pan until light to dark brown on both sides. Be careful, they burn easily! Remove the bananas from the pan and place each one on a slice of bread with the ham, wrapping the bananas in the ham if desired. Fry the 4 eggs in the remaining butter until fried, season lightly with salt, and top each ham-covered banana with a fried egg.
