Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast bread, light
- e.g. butter
- 8 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- e.g. mayonnaise
- 200 g sausage (chorizo)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thinly slice the chorizo and wash the lettuce. Spread four slices of bread with butter, place the lettuce on the slices, and top with chorizo. Spread the remaining slices of bread thinly with mayonnaise. Fold the slices together, fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides, and serve hot.
