Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg Maultasche(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 kg tomatoes, chopped from the can
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- Spice mix (pizza seasoning)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Baked Maultaschen with Mascarpone
Sauté the onion until translucent and mix with the chopped tomatoes, mascarpone, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season to taste. Slice the Maultaschen and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Pour the tomato mixture over them and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
