Autumn milk soup

Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes until tender. Stir the natural yogurt and flour in a bowl with a spoon until smooth. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. While stirring constantly, add the yogurt and flour mixture and bring to a boil. Continue stirring vigorously to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan. Once the soup has boiled and thickened, add the cream and salt while stirring. Use the boiled potatoes as a garnish. You can also serve it with bread. This recipe is a typical Lower Bavarian dish for colder days.
