Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg soup meat
  • 60 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled pepper
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 parsley root(s)
  • 1 celeriac
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 350 ml beef broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Slow cooker

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and add it to the crockpot. Combine the flour, paprika, pepper, and salt, add it to the crockpot, and mix with the beef. Mince the garlic clove and add it. Cut the remaining vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot. Mix the vegetables thoroughly (this isn’t necessary, but it enhances the flavor of the vegetables in the final dish), making sure the beef is still at the bottom. Pour the beef broth over everything. Turn on the crockpot (slow cooker) and cook for 4 hours on “High” or 8 hours on “Low.”
