Bavarian plum cake with crumble

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder (cream)
  • 120 g margarine
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • some flavoring (lemon or rum)
  • 750 g plums
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g margarine
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • some flavoring of your choice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Make a batter from the first 8 ingredients: flour, pudding powder, margarine, sugar, egg, salt, baking powder, and flavoring. Pour all but one-third of the batter into a prepared springform pan. Spread the remaining batter around the edges of the pan and pull it up. Wash the plums thoroughly, pit them, and halve them. Arrange the halved plums on top of the cake batter. Knead the remaining 6 ingredients into crumbles and spread them over the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 35-45 minutes.
