Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 25 g yeast
  • 30 g sugar or sweetener
  • 125 ml milk or soy milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 25 g butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml cream or coffee cream
  • 80 g sugar or sweetener
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 500 g mirabelle plums, cleaned and pitted
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Knead the flour with the sugar and the dissolved yeast. Then add the eggs and salt. Knead for 7-8 minutes. Finally, knead in the softened butter. Roll out the dough and line a round cake pan with it, then let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. Mix together the eggs, cream, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the mirabelle plums evenly over the yeast dough and pour the glaze over them. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while still warm. Tip: Plums, prunes, and apricots can also be used as fruit.
