Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g butter, cold
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- some milk
- 125 g butter
- 1 kg of fruit (e.g. apples, cherries, rhubarb, plums, pears, gooseberries)
- Strawberries and rhubarb (my favorite version)
- Butter and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

First, make the crumble. Mix all the crumble ingredients thoroughly with the dough hook of a mixer. Chill the crumbly mixture. Grease a cake pan, dust with a little flour, and chill. Now, combine the remaining ingredients into a dough and pour into the pan. Spread the washed and, if desired, pitted, peeled, and/or sliced fruit on top and cover with the crumble. Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour.
