quick, easy and super tasty

Place the quark in a bowl. Knead with flour, 1 egg, milk, oil, a pinch of salt, and the baking powder to form a smooth quark-oil dough. Shape into a ball, wrap in cling film, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Peel the onions and slice them thinly. Sauté in Rama Culinesse or margarine for about 10 minutes, then remove from the heat. Mix the sour cream with 4 eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet and form a small rim. Spread the onions on top and then pour the sour cream over it. CAUTION! The dough should not be too wet. Sprinkle with a little pepper and spread the ham evenly on top. Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, taking into account the baking properties of your oven. When the crust is lightly browned, the onion tart is ready. Let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy with a glass of new wine or Federweißer.
