Onion cake without a base

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 900 g cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low carb, gluten-free

Lightly sauté the onions in a little water, then drain. Blend the cottage cheese with Parmesan and eggs until smooth. Stir in the ham and onions. Season with pepper, salt (sparingly), and herbs. Pour the mixture into a quiche dish and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about one hour.
