Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g beef, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g onion(s), diced
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh, quartered
- 1 kg potatoes
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
hearty, with beef and mushrooms
Brown the diced beef and onion in the oil. Add the quartered mushrooms, cover with a little water, and simmer for 1.5 hours. Stir occasionally and add more water as needed. Add the diced potatoes, cover with water, and finish cooking. Season to taste with spices and parsley.
