Roasted snack – chickpeas

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g chickpeas
  • rapeseed oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. The next day, drain the water, dry the chickpeas as thoroughly as possible with a kitchen towel, and fry them in a little oil until well browned. Season with salt. The roasted chickpeas can be served cold as a snack or warm with meat dishes.
