Pasta with yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Chili (Aci Pul Biber)
  • Sumac
  • peppermint
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 3 garlic cloves, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Yogurt Makarna

Mix the yogurt and garlic. Cook the pasta as usual. Heat butter or margarine in a pan and add tomato paste, frying lightly. Add the eggs and whisk. If the mixture is too thick, add the pasta cooking water until it reaches the desired consistency. Season well with salt, pepper, chili, sumac, and mint. Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce and serve with the yogurt and garlic sauce. Sprinkle with mint, sumac, and chili for garnish.
