Pasta with yogurt and minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion. Brown the minced meat with the onion in the butter. Peel and finely chop 2 tomatoes. Add them to the minced meat mixture and season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta and drain. Mix the yogurt with the garlic and toss with the pasta. Season the minced meat mixture again with salt and parsley and pour over the pasta. Dice the remaining two tomatoes and arrange them on top of the dish as a garnish.
