Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef or lamb
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 500 g pasta (e.g. Eliche or Fusilli)
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Paprika powder
  • butter
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta in yogurt with minced meat sauce

Brown the minced meat with the finely chopped onions in a little oil. Peel and dice the tomatoes. Add the diced tomatoes from two of the tomatoes and continue frying. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and mix in the garlic-infused yogurt. Pour over the minced meat. Roast the paprika in butter and pour over the pasta. Garnish with the remaining diced tomatoes and parsley.
