Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g leek
- 3 carrots
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Prasa
Clean the leek thoroughly and cut into small slices. Slice the carrots as well, halving them if necessary. Sauté the leek and carrots in hot oil. Then add the rice and cook with the water until tender. Finally, season with tomato paste, salt, and lemon juice.
