Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some butter for the pan
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 250 g lasagna sheet(s) without pre-cooking
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • Vanillin sugar
  • 1 shot of red wine
  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 125 ml cream
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with mushrooms

Peel and dice the onions. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté half of the onions. Add the minced meat and brown. Puree the tomatoes and stir them into the minced meat. Season with pepper, salt, basil, thyme, oregano, and a little sugar. Add a splash of red wine and simmer for about 10 minutes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Melt 50g of butter in a pan and sauté the remaining onions. Add the mushrooms to the onions. After about 5 minutes, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking dish and layer everything as follows: lasagna sheets, half of the minced meat mixture, lasagna sheets, minced meat, lasagna sheets, and creamed mushrooms. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Place the baking dish in the oven at 200°C for 35 minutes. Serve with a salad with Italian dressing and a delicious red wine.
