Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar, 3 eggs
- 100 g sweet cream
- 100 g oil
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp, leveled baking powder
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- n. B. Jam for the filling
- some sugar for sprinkling

enough for approx. 16 pieces
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy, until the sugar disappears. Then stir in the cream and oil. Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder until a fine mixture forms. Spoon the mixture into prepared paper muffin cups, filling them halfway (about 2 tablespoons per cup). If you want to fill the Magdalenas, first add only a tablespoon, then a little jam, and then cover with more batter. Sprinkle some sugar on the batter before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, until the Magdalenas are golden brown.
