Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g chocolate shavings
- 65 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 65 g almonds
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- possibly milk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the butter, stir in the remaining ingredients, adding a little milk if necessary (to achieve the desired consistency). Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth it out. Bake at 160-180°C for approximately 65-70 minutes.
