White bean pot with octopus and mussels

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar beans, white, drained weight 400 g
  • 400 g squid(s) (octopus), cooked
  • 10 mussels, cooked
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 pack of pizza tomatoes (Tomato Frito) of 440 g
  • ½ onion(s)
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mediterranean cuisine

Drain the beans. Finely chop the garlic and onion and sauté. Pour in the tomato sauce. Add all the spices and the beans and simmer. Finally, add the chopped octopus and the mussels. Season to taste and stir in the cream. Stir in the parsley. All you need for this is some fresh bread. I bought the octopus fresh, cooked it, and let it sit in the fridge for a day. So all I had to do was slice it.
