Tomatoes and minced meat meet mascarpone

Finely chop the two onions and sauté them together with the herbs in a pan with a little olive oil over low heat. After a few minutes, add the minced meat to the pan with the onion and stir in the herbs. Increase the heat to high and cook. Once the minced meat is browned, add 3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste, season well with salt and pepper, and simmer briefly. Important: To prevent burning, reduce the heat after these steps and continue cooking at a lower temperature. Then add one can of passata and a cup of mascarpone and bring to a boil while stirring. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper if desired. This recipe goes perfectly with almost all types of pasta.
