Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 large prawns, fully prepared (peeled)
- 50 g olives
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Chili powder, to taste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Tapas, prawn salad
Slice the olives into rings. Finely dice the bell pepper. Thinly slice the garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and bell pepper. Add the prawns and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat. Add the olive slices. Add the parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, and lemon juice.
