Andalusian recipe

Preparation: Mix the wine with oregano, pepper, paprika, and salt, and marinate the beef for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the onion and bell pepper and fry with the garlic in olive oil. Then add the meat and marinade, adding a little more wine if necessary. Simmer the meat over low heat until tender. Gradually add more water during the simmering time. When the meat is tender, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. This is a typical recipe from Cadiz, Andalusia, where it is served with French fries. It also tastes delicious simply with baguette.
