- 250 g liquid honey
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 ½ tsp mustard powder
- 75 ml tomato ketchup
- 8 chicken legs

Roasted chicken thighs in honey sauce
For the honey sauce, combine all ingredients except the chicken thighs in a saucepan. Mix well, bring to a boil, and remove from heat. Place the chicken thighs in a roasting pan and pour the sauce over them. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted oven) for about 35 minutes, until the thighs are cooked through and have a shiny brown color.
