Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 100 g pumpkin flesh, sweet and sour
- 100 g spring onions
- 1 tsp orange peel, grated
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch of dill
- 100 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 150 g crab
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
with salmon and crab
Cook the pasta until al dente. Finely dice the pumpkin and onions. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice and zest, horseradish, and dill well and season with salt, pepper, and sweet and sour sugar. Mix everything well. Stir in the salmon and crab. Let it simmer for a while.
