Cucumber and salmon salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cucumber(s), peeled and pitted
  • 150 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 40 g sour cream
  • 125 g low-fat yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • e.g. Dill, fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cut the peeled and seeded cucumber into small cubes. Cut the salmon slices into thin strips and add them to the cucumber cubes. Mix the sour cream, yogurt, chopped dill, pepper, and salt into a cream and pour it over the cucumber and salmon. Mix gently and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
