Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 large apples, aromatic
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
- ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 1 cake base
- 250 ml whipped cream, stiffly whipped
- 50 g chocolate, grated
- 50 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Coarsely grate the apples with the skin on and set aside. In a saucepan, whisk together the eggs, sugar, water, lemon juice, and custard powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir 50g of butter into the hot cream, then fold in the grated apples. Spread this mixture over the fruit base and let it cool. Then garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
