Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ jar sugar
  • 20 ml schnapps
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • n. B. Powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cvorost – sweet chips

Form a firm dough from the first six ingredients. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then knead again and roll out very thinly (the dough should be translucent). Cut into desired shapes (e.g., 10 cm triangles) and fry in hot oil in batches until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
