Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork, medium lean, in one piece
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Original name Buschenina

Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, stud it generously with whole garlic cloves, and season it lightly with salt and pepper. Then roast it in a roasting bag according to the instructions (with 1-2 tablespoons of water) in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and store in the refrigerator. Buschenina is served cut into 5 mm thick slices and served with fresh baguette.
