Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) cumin
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

Tapas

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Crush the garlic and sprinkle with salt. Add all the other ingredients and marinate. Let the chicken pieces sit in the marinade overnight (in the refrigerator). Thread the pieces of meat onto the skewers, leaving a little marinade between each piece. Then sear well and serve hot or cold.
