Russian-style minced meat

Fry the finely diced onion, mix with the minced meat, the squeezed bread roll, and the seasonings to form a meat dough. Form small, flattened, round meatballs and fry well on both sides in the hot butter in a pan. Peel and slice the jacket potatoes. In a greased baking dish, line the meatballs in the center and surround them with the jacket potato slices. For the sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Pour in the meat broth, stir vigorously, and bring to a boil, then simmer for a few minutes. Add the grated half onion and season with salt. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour over the meatballs and potatoes. Mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, sprinkle over the sauce, and bake everything in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. A salad is a good side dish.
