  • 500 g minced meat, mixed, beef and pork
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) white bread
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of toast
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Soak the white bread in the milk and squeeze out the excess moisture. Combine the ground beef, egg, onion, soaked bread, and sour cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the slices of toast, not too finely. Form the meat mixture into balls about 6-7 cm in diameter and roll in breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs down slightly. Fry in oil. This goes very well with potatoes (boiled, fried, or mashed) and mixed salad.
