  • Garlic
  • some water or milk

Instructions

First, soak the bread roll or toast in water or milk. Then peel the potato and onion. Chop the bread roll, potato, and onion in a food processor. Then add the egg and ground beef. Mix well and season. Heat a pan with oil, form the ground beef mixture into meatballs, and cook until well cooked. To prevent the meatballs from sticking to your hands while forming them, coat them with oil.
