Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- Salt
Instructions

Peel and quarter the potatoes, and boil them in salted water. Brown the garlic and oil with the cooked potatoes. When everything is hot, drizzle with vinegar and serve.
