Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g potatoes, cooked and sliced
- ½ port. Portuguese tomato sauce*
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs, mixed with grated cheddar cheese
- pepper, black
- Coriander, chopped fresh or parsley to serve

Potatoes with tomato sauce
* The recipe for the Portuguese tomato sauce can be found here: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/636621164377070/Tomatada-II.html Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the potato slices in a shallow, ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over them. Season the breadcrumb mixture with black pepper and sprinkle evenly over the sauce. Place the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown. Serve sprinkled with chopped cilantro or parsley.
