Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g semolina, fine durum wheat semolina
- ½ tsp salt
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- ¾ jar water
Instructions

Harcha, Moroccan specialty (for breakfast, coffee and cake, etc.)
Mix the semolina, salt, and sugar, then add the butter. Then knead well with water until a round dough forms. (If the dough is too runny, let it rest a bit.) Form the dough into a ball the size of an orange, roll it out into a flatbread, and bake in a pan. Bake for 7-15 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
