Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of noodles (kritharaki)
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 meat sausage, also poultry sausage
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • a little pepper
  • 1 pack of frozen mixed herbs

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let it cool. Finely dice the bell pepper and very finely dice the sausage, and mix everything together. Bring the vinegar, water, sugar, olive oil, curry powder, salt, bouillon granules, and pepper to a boil and let it cool. Pour the cold liquid over the pasta. There will be little leftover liquid, as the pasta will absorb it. Finally, sprinkle the herbs over the salad.
