Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g noodles (ramen noodles)
- 1 shot of sake
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 100 g meat (e.g. pork fillet), finely chopped
- 150 g soy sprouts
- 1 leaf of Chinese cabbage
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, make the yakisoba sauce from the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sake. Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Sauté the noodles in a little sesame oil, deglaze with a splash of sake, and remove from the pan. Sauté the meat in sesame oil and add the remaining ingredients (except the yakisoba sauce) to the meat, fry briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Return the noodles to the pan and toss with the yakisoba sauce.
